Eco Yummi

From March 2020 until further notice

With the outbreak of coronavirus in multiple countries, some countries and regions have adopted a series of preventive and control measures. Airlines in some countries have significantly reduced or cancelled international routes, which has caused postal services to be suspended or delayed, and mail delivery capacity has been affected. The delivery time for international packages has been extended to a greater extent than usual. 

We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping are impacted by global issues beyond our control.

Small businesses like ours are the first impacted by such situation, we truly appreciate your understanding.

We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.

So from March 2020 until further notice please allow 3-5 weeks shipping time.

In the meantime please stay safe and we hope the situation will go back to normal soon.


Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 6 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and warehouse process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.

  • Shipping time: (see covid-19 update above) This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by CJ-Packet, which is a USPS product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Additional Information:
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Eco Yummi  will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Eco Yummi via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. ECO YUMMI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable. 

Public Holidays: 
Please note: Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible and to continue to offer FREE SHIPPING all over the world. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery before considering canceling your order.

Please allow extra shipping time during the Holiday Seasons.
